Thomas Sheil

CEO / Founder

Thomas Sheil is the founder and CEO of Uneepi Inc. Thomas is responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy for the company. A graduate of Sacred Heart University, Thomas brings over 15 years experience working in the technology space and with the Neurodivergent Community. He got involved in the community in college during his senior year at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT where he developed a computer game for kids on the Autism Spectrum to help them recognize people's expressions. Thomas has won numerous entrepreneurship awards, one being 33 under 33 in NYC. Thomas is looking to reinvent the wheel when it comes to finding love and friendships. Thomas looks to make dating a connection easier and believes everyone deserves to find love.

Stefanie Suppa

C.O.O & Head of Partnership

As Chief Operating Officer and Head of Partnerships at Uneepi, Stefanie brings deep expertise in operations, customer success, and strategic partnerships to a company dedicated to building a world where social barriers don't exist. With years of experience leading customer-facing teams in SaaS, Stefanie has built and scaled operational frameworks that prioritize clarity, trust, and long-term relationships, especially in complex, human-centered environments. At Uneepi, Stefanie oversees operations and partnerships with a focus on sustainable growth, strong community relationships, and building the processes, structure, and cross-functional alignment that enable internal teams to do their best work.

Michael Jude

C.M.O

Born and raised in the forgotten borough aka Staten Island, Michael attended Fairfield University, and then the University of Rhode Island for International Studies, and Political Science respectively. As a communications associate, he is responsible for social media, photography, and press work with both local and national outlets. In his current position with Uneepi, he wants to bring together his knowledge from these fields to bring people to Uneepi and to help them find love.

Engin Eruguz

Head of Engineering

The technical engine behind Uneepi. Since 2001, Engin has specialized in scaling complex digital platforms from the ground up. He bridges the gap between product vision and high-performance reality, ensuring our community has a fast, safe, and reliable place to connect as we scale globally.

Will Ward

Relationship Coach

Will works at Harvard University in HR development with a background. I have a background working with children with Autism, and a minor in psychology. Outside of work, Will spends his days raising his two boys.

Joy Nastasi

Dating Coach

Joy holds a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in Special Education. She taught for over ten years and is passionate about supporting diverse learners. She is the mother to three boys and an active volunteer in her community.
