What can I do for free?
Free members can browse profiles, like up to 10 unique profiles per local day, and start up to 5 new conversations per local day. Basic age and distance filters stay free.
Do existing conversations count toward the daily message limit?
No. The daily limit applies to starting new conversations with new profiles. Once a conversation exists, replies in that thread stay available and do not consume another daily conversation start.
What does membership unlock?
Membership unlocks unlimited likes, unlimited new conversation starts, expanded height and ethnicity filters, and a bounded discovery visibility boost.
How does membership billing work?
Membership is offered as weekly or monthly recurring billing. Auto-renew stays on until you cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing term instead of cutting access off immediately.
Is coaching included with membership?
No. Coaching is a separate one-time checkout. Membership covers recurring app access only, and coaching remains an optional support purchase.
Why was my photo not approved?
Photos are manually reviewed by the Uneepi team. Inappropriate images are rejected and users should resubmit a new photo.
How do I delete my account?
Go to settings, click Cancel Account, and confirm the removal flow.
Having an issue signing in?
Start with password reset if you may have forgotten your login details. If the problem continues, contact support so the team can help you recover access safely.
How do I recognize scammers?
Never send money to someone you met through the app, especially early in a conversation. Use the report and block tools if a profile feels unsafe or manipulative.
What is the block list feature?
Blocking a member stops contact from that member until you choose to unblock them again.
How do I change personal information?
Use the profile editing tools in your account to update personal details, photos, and password.
Are members screened?
Accounts and photos are moderated, but you should still use common sense with personal information and report anything that feels unsafe.
